Product Description

The TS WTSX200series wind sensor is a standardized instrument for measuring horizontal wind speed and wind direc- tion,divided into three models:L/H/S. This series of wind sensors is developed for marine applications initially,characterized by large ranges,high accu- racy,and corrosion resistance.It is composed of vane,propellers,nose cones,wind speed shafts,mounting columns and other internal components.The AAS plastic materials with resistant to UV rays and oxidation is used to prevent plasticization and yellowing.The product has high performance and quality,and good consistency,can be widely used in marine environmental monitoring,traffic meteorological monitoring,agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and sideline meteorological monitoring,polar meteorological monitoring,photovoltaicenvironmental monitoring,wind power meteorological monitoring and other fields.
The wind speed shaftof TS WTSX200 series wind sensor is actuated rotating through a propeller.Then the magnet fixed on the wind speed shaft induces the speed measur- ing coil to generate sinusoidal alternating current signal. The speed measuring coil generates three complete sinusoidal electrical signals for every rotation of the propeller.The frequency of sinusoidal electrical signals is proportional to the wind speed.Therefore,calculating the wind speed data through the frequency of the sinusoidal electrical signals is stable and accurate. The direction of the vane of the wind sensor indicates the wind direction.The angle sensor is drive to rotate by the vane,and the feedback voltage output by the angle sensor accurately outputs wind direction data.
